Jon Dorfman a native of Plainview, New York, Jon has lived throughout the United States.  He went to school in Bloomington, IN,  and works for Barclays Capital as an equities trader. Jon has worked with a variety of charitable organzations he began tutoring when living in Chicago for the Cabrini Green Tutoring Organization. Upon moving back to New York he continued tutoring with the Fresh Air Fund and now also volunteers for the Grand Central Neighborhood Soup Kitchen. KidCare is a true passion for Jon and he was so happy to be able to start it with his friends Brian, Morgan, and Adam. Just seeing the smiles on the kids faces is what makes all the hard work worthwhile.


Brian Morgan A native of Dix Hills, New York, Brian Morgan has been a resident of New York City since 1999. He has a bachelor’s in communications from Penn State University and a certificate in film from NYU.  In 2005, Brian joined Citi-Habitats, where he now holds the title of Vice President. His hard work and tenacity has led to several awards including Rookie of the Year in 2006 and the prestigious Platinum Award for three consecutive years (2006-2008).  Although Brian is a hard working real estate agent, he takes time for charitable organizations. He works annually as a volunteer for Volunteers of America (Operation Backpack), The American Heart Association, Voices for Brain Cancer and has worked within the community at PS7 Samuel Stern School.  Brian especially enjoys working with children which is why KidCare has become his real charitable passion
Adam Turkewitz grew up in East Meadow, New York and went to college at the State University of New York College at Geneseo where he studied business.  While attending school, one of his friends came down with cancer and passed away just after graduation.  Following this terrible tragedy, Adam started a scholarship fund at his college in his friend’s name, as a result he became heavily involved in charity and volunteer work. In 2007 Adam began volunteering with children at Asphalt Green as a soccer coach.  He is adamant that all children deserve every opportunity to make something great out of their lives and he is committed to helping make that happen through Kid-Care.  Adam works as a private mortgage banker at Wells Fargo in New York City.  He has been in this industry since 2005.  Adam loves what he does and gets great satisfaction from helping people purchase new homes.
Morgan Turkewitz now a top rental agent at Citi-Habitats, was born and raised in New York.  She earned a degree in Human Services & Business Essentials Summa Cum Laude from the University of Delaware.  As an undergraduate, Morgan fully circumvented the world and visited 13 countries while studying with Semester at Sea.  During her extensive travels, she was constantly exposed to new people and new cultures Her accelerated success in real estate comes from her extensive knowledge of the Manhattan rental market and her ability to cater to each individual’s specific housing needs.  Her ability to build a rapport with her customers comes from her overwhelming desire to fulfill their precise requisites.  Morgan’s dedicated work ethic, and attention to detail doesn’t end at the work place.  Her tireless dedication to KidCare has been essential in allowing the organization to continue to help the homeless and underprivileged of our community.
